About US

Together we are a chef, pastry chef, baker and cake decorator. We are parents/step parents to a total of 6 kids (3 Boys & 3 Girls) all adults.

We owned a patisserie in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for over 8 years with long hours and many challenges and after being tied down to a business we have sold everything and decided to take ourselves on the road travelling Australia in our Landcruiser “Beast” and our Caravan “Braveheart” with an end date of never.

We want to take you on our journey across Australia with the ups and downs of being in a confined space 24/7, learning how to not kill each other, camp along the way, helping other small businesses get a hand up, do a bit of prospecting and lots of bantering with each other.

Experience our humor, love, laughter, sadness and tears as life throws us more challenges with this new way of living.
