ABOUT US
Together we are a chef, pastry chef, baker and cake decorator. We owned a patisserie in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for many years with long hours and many challenges. Parents/step parents to a total of 6 kids (3 Boys & 3 Girls), we have sold everything and decided to take ourselves on the road travelling Australia in our Landcruiser “Beast” and our Caravan “Braveheart” with and end date of never.
We want to take you on our journey across Australia with the ups and downs of being in a confined space 24/7, learning how to camp along the way and helping other small businesses and charities get a hand up. Experience our humor, love, laughter, sadness and tears as life throws us more challenges with this new way of living.
